NBDA retailer members simply contact us to enroll in the program, and then you can offer this exceptional coverage to your customers directly.

By offering this service to your customers, you can give them peace of mind that their new bike is covered should anything go wrong. As a retailer, this extended warranty is also an opportunity for you to add additional revenue to each bike purchase without stocking additional inventory, and to create a lasting relationship with new bike buyers as they’ll be more likely to return to you for all of their service needs.

Types of Plans Provided

Coverage is available for two or three years from the purchase date, and consumer pricing varies based on the retail value of the bike and the plan selected. Options include: 

  • Replacement Plan - covers one-time replacement part costs on non-consumables 
  • Repair Plan - covers 100% of the parts and labor if any part of the bike fails 
  • Repair & Maintenance Plan - covers 100% of the parts and labor if any part of the bike fails plus maintenance for each year extension
