The NBDA Profitability Project brings together bicycle retailers in non-competing markets to share information, analyze each others' businesses and work together for the benefit of all participants. Each group is limited to 20 dealers. Participants are required to provide financial and operational numbers each month, and to attend two face-to-face meetings each year. The annual fee to participate is $3,000 that can be paid in two installments of $1,500 each. Add $100 per additional person to attend a meeting.
